The RJ45 panel is connected to the same network cable according to 568B. This is a straight-through cable. If one end is 568A and the other is 568B, it is a crossover cable, which is generally used in PC-to-PC direct connection.
A better router will work with both straight-through and crossover cables, but it's best to label them the same, whether it's a 568A or a 568B.
